The first session is free so we can get to know each other and you can decide whether we can work together. The number of sessions depends on what you want to achieve but coaching, unlike psychology, is objective driven so once you’ve attained your goal, you will feel empowered to move forward without my help.
A session will normally last for an hour and initially is on a weekly basis.
The first step is to discover what is your present situation and what changes you would like to make.
The second step is to establish an objective or goal that you want to achieve.
The final step is to agree a plan of action that is realistic and works for you.
My job is to help you to help yourself and accompany you in the process so that you will feel empowered to take control of your own life and enjoy it.
