Its dynamic because the process begins in the present and works towards the future to achieve your goals and objectives and step by step, change begins to happen.
Its enriching because you find out who you are, what your values are and what is within your sphere of control and what is not.
Finally liberating because through self-awareness and clarity you will realise how limiting self-beliefs and a fixed mindset can stop you moving out of your comfort zones and stop you being the person you want to be and living the life you want to.
Coaching is not about changing who you are but rather a way of changing your mindset and behaviour so you are free to achieve and work towards your objectives.
